Holiday Pay

 

Upon completion of 1,800 hours of work for WorkSource Inc., employees may qualify for holiday pay.  An employee must work his/her scheduled days before and after the holiday to receive pay.  WorkSource Inc. recognizes the following six holidays:

 

Service Bonus

 

WorkSource Inc. rewards each employee completing 1,800 hours of work while being employed for 12 consecutive months.  The bonus is calculated using the average pay rate and average weekly hours for that 12-month period.  Employees are eligible to earn one service bonus for each 12 months.  Contact your local office for more details.

Referral Bonus

 

We believe our current employees are our best source for new employees, so each time they make a referral and that referral works a pre-determined number of hours, the referring employee is eligible for a referral bonus.

Direct Deposit

 

Direct deposit is available to WorkSource employees. This service is a safe and convenient way to receive your paycheck each week.

Resume Assistance, Interview Preparation

 

Preparing for an interview can be stressful and overwhelming.  WorkSource’s professional staff will help prepare employees for their interviews and provide guidance on resume preparation.

Special Recognition

 

Recognition programs include employee-of-the-month awards and safety incentives.
