Holiday Pay

 

Upon completion of 1,800 hours of work for WorkSource Inc., employees may qualify for holiday pay.  An employee must work his/her scheduled days before and after the holiday to receive pay.  WorkSource Inc. recognizes the following six holidays:

• New Year’s Day
• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

Service & Safety Bonus

 

WorkSource Inc. rewards each employee completing 2,000 hours of safe work during a 12-month period.  Employees are eligible to earn one service & safety bonus for each 12 month period.  Contact your local office for more details.

Referral Bonus

 

We believe our current employees are our best source for new employees, so each time they make a referral and that referral works a pre-determined number of hours, the referring employee is eligible for a referral bonus.

Resume Assistance, Interview Preparation

 

Preparing for an interview can be stressful and overwhelming.  WorkSource’s professional staff will help prepare employees for their interviews and provide guidance on resume preparation.
